Joe six pack…Joe Plumber..Forgot average Joe/Jane

Well we’ve gone from Joe-six pack to Joe the plumber, a man with a dream to own a business, can we just talk about the average Joe and his real life situation.

The McCain campaign is wearing out Joe, let’s give him a break and focus on the economy as it relates to all Americans, and the truth is Joe is in trouble under the McCain tax program until his dream become a realty, and the way things are going he has the opportunity as a branded icon in this election to build a successful company. My advice to Joe would be getting all you can get from the campaign, because you will more than likely be the only individual bailed out this year. If Wall Street can get it, so should you.

Today’s reality is unemployment at an all time high and the odds of securing financial assistance to start a business is slim to none, my question is why in the hell are we talking about Joe the plumber and speculating on what happens once his dream of owning a business is real. Instead let’s look at where he stands today in his present financial situation not earning enough to even represent tax benefits from the McCain campaign tax program.

The real Joe’s and Jane’s already own the businesses struggle with the everyday issues of meeting payroll and debt obligations. They don’t live in a fantasy; instead taxes and funding options are real problems for a small business owner. Politics has a way of swooping America up in the fantasy, and its great that a person is world known for a dream, even Martin Luther King Jr. had one, but if you want to make a valid point talk to the real life small business owner and promote their view, it wouldn’t work as well for the McCain campaign, because the real business owners live in the economic nightmare of struggling to survive in a business he or she actually owns.

When it comes to the economy everyone agrees that the middle class and small business drive the economics, yet this recent Joe message would rather have us think dreamers drive the economy, no offence to Joe personally because all business owners once had the dream, but it didn’t mean anything to the bank when you asked for a loan, or to suppliers when you asked for goods, so why should the Country vote on the dream of Joe the plumber instead of the current struggles of the average Joe who actually drives our day to day economy?

The real Joe’s includes both workers and small business owners already making a mark in the world, the dream turned into a reality, that’s the difference between fantasy and the real world. One minute the McCain campaign is team coach for the poor and rural voters, and the next minute turning an none licensed plumber into an iconic business man. Say it ain’t so Joe.
